How long have you been in business?
Indoff, Inc. has been in business since 1971. Mike Patino has over 25 years material handling & storage experience serving clients throughout Southern California.
What is your primary product or service?
Material Storage and Handling products. This includes equipping the production floor, warehouse and stock rooms as well as labs and clean rooms. We are ESD specialists.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I entered this industry in 1987. I found the changing marketplace compelling. I enjoy working with clients to create a storage or workplace environment that will best meet their needs.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Unlike many suppliers, Indoff offers personal service, we can design specifically to meet your needs. We carry a large line, so you are not locked in to just one product. We can help design a cart or bench that has the exact features that you need. Our staff will meet with you personally. We also feature on line ordering from an extensive line of standard material handling and storage product. Unlike many catalog houses, we place emphasis on domestically manufactured product, whenever possible.
Our broad product line makes us an ideal sole source vendor for companies. We subscribe to Ariba & Exostar and participate with other purchasing programs.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Indoff has over 138 Material Handling sales branches nationwide. We have Business Products, Office Interiors and Promotional Products divisions in most of these areas. Indoff intends to be competitive in the marketplace and continues to grow through recruiting experiences professionals through the US, Canada and Mexico.
