My family is German and this is the food I grew up with
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Our menu consists of all traditional German dishes, plus some items not found at other restaurants (Grilled Elk, Wild Boar, Deer)and we make everything from scratch -- just like Oma used to do!
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Just this one location and no plans to expand, despite requests from customers who drive a considerable distance to get their German Food Fix, to open locations where they live

2525 E Ball Rd at the 57 fwy -- driving south on the 57, get off on Ball Rd and we are right there. Driving north on the 57, exit Ball Rd, turn left back over the fwy and we are right there on the right
